Your store is built on Shopify, one of the most widely used platforms for online stores. It is secure, reliable and can be managed from a phone or computer.
It depends on the number of products and the design required. We agree on a timeline with you at the start of the project, before any work begins.
Through Razorpay, customers can pay by UPI, credit or debit card, net banking and wallets. Cash on delivery can also be offered.
Orders are shipped through Shiprocket, which works with couriers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart and Xpressbees. Customers receive tracking updates, and cash on delivery is supported.
Yes. Shopify charges a monthly plan fee, Razorpay charges a small fee on each online payment, Shiprocket charges per shipment, and a domain name has a yearly cost if you do not already have one. These are paid directly to those services, not to us.
Yes. Products, prices, stock and offers can all be updated from the store dashboard, on your phone or computer.
You can manage the store yourself, or continue with us on a paid maintenance plan. There is no contract requiring you to continue.
Yes. You receive full admin access to your store, so you can make changes yourself or work with anyone you choose.
